Subscription

Payment for the subscription fee will be charged to the payment method Subscribers provide at the time of sign up. If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription. The Subscribers undertake that they must pay any fees or charges associated with using the Platform.

Upon successful subscription, unless the Subscribers cancel their subscription before the end of the subscription term, their subscription will automatically renew for another subscription term of the same length, and their payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time before the end of the subscription term.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, with and without cause. They understand and accept that by cancelling their subscription:

1. they may not receive a refund;
2. they may be obligated to pay all charges due until the end of the subscription period; and
3. they may lose access to and use of their keys and passwords and any Services.
