Sign Up

Proceed with the following link to Sign Up https://walee.ai/auth/login

1. Click the sign-up button, and a form will appear.
2. Select the type, either Agency or Brand
3. Add Brand/Agency Name
4. Add First & Last name
5. Add email address
6. Add password
7. Select country
8. Confirm the Terms of Services & Privacy Policy.
9. Click Sign up.
10. Check your email and confirm.

Once confirmed, the User is signed up and can access the platform. By default, the trial is enabled against the user profile

Sign In

Proceed the following link to sign in/login the tool https://walee.ai/auth/login

1. Add email address in email field.
2. Add password.
3. Click Sign in button.

Forget Password

In case the user forgets the password, it can be updated through following steps

1. Click forgot password text below the (right corner) password field. A new screen will appear containing the email input field.
2. Add email and proceed by clicking the reset password button.
3. Check the reset password email intimation.
4. Click the reset password button and a new screen will appear.
5. Add a new password containing the following
6. The password must at least have 8 characters.
7. There should be digits
8. The password must contain an uppercase character or more.
9. There must be a lowercase character or more.
10. There must at least be one special character or more.
11. It is advised not to use generic passwords like Username123! etc.

Once all above conditions are satisfied, the password changes
